Florida Foreclosure School is run by NEWLEVEL Investment RE, a Florida real estate brokerage. We have bid at Florida county foreclosure auctions every week for more than 5 years, with our own money and on behalf of investors. The school teaches the process we actually use.
What we do
- We buy. Every week, at Florida clerk auctions. When a clerk changes a deposit rule or a platform changes how proxy bids work, we find out on a sale morning.
- We buy for investors. We research, bid and close for people who want Florida property without doing the courthouse work themselves.
- We are a brokerage. That means we can help close a deal, not only find it: the auction purchase, the resale, and the next property bought the ordinary way.
- We teach. The course, the hand-in-hand program and the weekly list all come out of the same work.
